We are focusing on myths and legends. We got the Maori god tumateaunga. Tumataeunga is the god of war, hunting, fishing, cook and agriculture.

Camp Raglan Was Usual Enough

Camp Raglan was usual enough; it had

A playground, a Gymnasium, a campfire, a burma trail

Over it, and even some cabins

I always went to. My friends, my classmates and I

Did what friends do best-playing nonstop

In the playground, did bows and arrows, did a rock climbing wall,

running all day.

Played spotlight, swam or ran

Doing nothing important.


We have just comeback from camp raglan, it was really fun. We copied from a model and we write it about camp.

Tokelau Culture

For reading we have been focusing on the Tokelau culture. Tokelau is a country that is separated to 3 islands. One thing I found interesting is the there language is spoke in Samoa as well.

The Day When People Disappear At Camp

It was a dark and scary night when Chris and Joe went outside and they saw someone was looking at them. They ran back inside and nobody was there. They got scared and locked the door and slept over night. They woke up to see if it was a dream but nobody was there. They went outside and someone was still there, they chased after it but the creature ran away.

Chris and Joe went into the girl's cabin to see if anyone was there their. They saw Mya and Hailee their. They joined the boys to see if there were any teachers. They found Mrs T  Mrs T was as scared as a mouse being chased by a cat. They went outside to see if anyone was there but they weren't. It was getting cold and dark so they had dinner and went to sleep in the same cabin.

At the middle of the night they heard the door creak but they kept on sleeping. There was a big shadow and in a blink of an eye they screamed and gave them a fright. Turns out the people hiding were there class mates doing a prank.

Tomorrow we are going to camp raglan for 2 nights and 3 days. So we did a narrative and we had to have a problem and a solution.
